This work aims at creating a platform for managing the industrial park for small and medium business using Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and that meet the specification of the open MODBUS communication protocol. Through a questionnaire applied to a industry, evidenced the need to have mobility in industrial maintenance process. The platform is composed of web and mobile module, such modules communicate with each other to help drivers and service technicians to quickly identify faults in the automation process and, therefore, reduce the time and expenses generated by faults. This platform not intended as a SCADA system altogether, but rather meet the minimum necessary to carry out the monitoring of the inputs and outputs of the registers of the Programmable Logic Controller. |
