Since its inception, organizations have sought to make the best use of the resources they have available to improve the efficiency of what they propose to offer their Customers. It adopts as organizational resources all services, or tangible or intangible assets that a corporation has such as time, production, discards, processes, inputs, etc. to achieve your goals. Within this role is also the human capital that the company owns, or as still many organizations name, the human resources. For all this to happen, it is necessary that the intellectual capital present in the organization be prepared in an effective way, which demands great investments by both financial and technological organizations. Against this background, despite the diverse possibilities of its use, holography is still a technological resource little explored in corporate education. This technology has been used since its creation for various purposes in both advertising and entertainment as well as health, photography and security. Therefore, this research aims to raise how holography can be applied in corporate education in the form of instructional technology and what the benefits of this use. As a methodology, a brief review of the literature on the researches already developed in front of the proposed theme was made, through scientific books and articles in the portals of CAPES and Google academic. From this survey a brief analysis was made taking into account the adaptation of the criteria of analysis for the adoption of certain technology by the organizations proposed by Meister (1999) and it was concluded that holography is a very attractive technology in several sciences yet for it to be used in the educational field, it is still necessary to use very sophisticated equipments of high cost, and for the telepresence of the mediator to take place there is still no developed and easily accessible technology but research is already underway to do this. |
