Currently , knowledge is the basis for the formation of not only individuals capable , but also competitive and able to solve the problems of society as a whole institutions . Due to the challenges , the university , through the generation of knowledge , becomes a vector of solutions to communities which are inserted through their research projects and extension. Due to the increasing demand for research projects and outreach programs, it is necessary because the management of the lifecycle of academic projects ranging from the stage of submission of papers to the statistical analysis of academic production . The goal is to reduce dependence on manual manage this whole lifecycle proposing a computational solution that can automate the lifecycle of calls for projects and public notices what has been done manually. |
