With the increasing development of technology and the increasingly competitive market, companies need the software segment streamline their internal processes and selecting people with the ability to perform their activities. With this knowledge and analysis skills of each employee become essential for success in projects undertaken. In the company studied, the mapping process and management skills of employees is done manually, making the slow process, allowing errors. The work aims to streamline the process of selection and training of teams working through the skills of each individual, pointing employees to master the necessary kills to implement the project and forming a team that can develop it. Besides optimizing the process, the software aims, through applied to solve the problem of slowness in the mapping process and provide data for management analysis to assist managers in decision-making research. Also contributes, through literature, to the knowledge of the application of management skills in business. The knowledge gained from this work and the discovery of a new trend among companies, specifically software development, Management Skills and Abilities encouraging the attainment of knowledge and personal and professional growth. |
