If the chicken yield in the field does not meet the expectations raises questions from the producers, and in most cases it raises the quality of the feed. Among many opportunities for improvement is the need for a study on the loss of feed quality in transport, since the quality of the feed produced is meeting the desired quality. This work studied the loss of the pellet in the transport of feed until the arrival in the feeder in a company from southwestern Paraná. Feed production, the process of loading, transporting, unloading of the feed, samples were collected, and quality tools were used to identify the loss of pellets in the transport using statistical calculations to confirm the increase in fines until the arrival of the feed. in the feeder. Finally, get an answer to the field regarding feed quality.
