Resumo: In the last year, technologies in the processing and manufacturing of rations are advancing, in a way to maximize the productive efficiency and minimize the loss of nutrients, through the formulation of more elaborated products, with ensured quality and lower cost production. Such changes are occuring due to the consumer market requirements, coming to meet your needs and objectives. For that, the products must be produced through a stable process, which presents small variability around the product standards and characteristics. Therefore, statistical quality control, became an indispensable tool for the systematic reduction of product variability. In this way, this work has aim to check the quality of raw materials used by a Cooperative in the manufacture of swine feeding plants located in the southeast region of Paraná for the years of 2018 and 2019, through statistical tools. The raw materials selected were: corn, soya bean and beef flour and bones, the parameters being described for acidity, humidity, gross protein, raw fiber, soluble protein, etheric extract and phosphorus. A diagnosis of the raw material raw protein level, through control graphics for individual measures, and small changes in the raw material material material material material material detailed . For the data analyzed for raw materials maize, soybean and beef flour and bones, it was noted that only the parameter of acidity of beef and bones did not meet the requirements of CBAA. Being that all other parameters for all raw materials analyzed meet the standard. Regarding the use of control graphics, it was observed that the EWMA and CUSUM graphics were more sensitive to small changes in the data pattern, facilitating the visualization of changes at the level of the process and not causing deformation. Through the individual graphic 𝑋̅.
