Resumo: The main objective of this study is to establish the percentage of productive divergence between the planning and the execution of the services provided in the generation of the finished product, which establishes adequate working parameters with the real productive capacity of the company, in a large aluminum rolling mill in southwestern Paraná, in order to identify the current production situation of the company, based on management and quality control concepts, adapting them to the production process. The research was descriptive in case study format, as it investigated the productive divergences between what is planned by the PCP (production planning and control) sector and what is done by the company's productive sector. The performance of the work was defined by the company's major volume cuts, due to its large mix of products offered, and demonstrated that the limits set by the company are not in line with the current capacity of its process is unable to accurately meet its demand. its high variability, running within its process limits 65.55% of the main products of the analyzed sector.
