The endless search for a quality increase and high competitiveness in the industry made the need for quality control be more explored, on the other side, this search must not be limited to the conference of a final product, but the entire process needs be analyzed for a quality increase. With this in mind, this work introduces a study of mechanical laboratory tests of steel parts of a generator an overhead crane company, from southwest of Paraná. These pieces selected were the generator shaft, polar wheel plates, shaft key and the crane drum. To execute this analysis, was made the cataloguing of the quality certificates from the selected pieces, that the company has archived, accomplishing a comparative of the values determined by the certifies obtained from the suppliers, and the values from the standards and literature. In this way, was verified that the biggest amount of the obtained values on the certifies is according to the standards. Thus, it was found that most of the values obtained in the certificates were within those established in standards, however there is also the perception of outliers. From this data survey, there is a need for the company to improve the quality management sector, in this way, were selected two quality tools to implant in the first moment, in the manufacturing process. These tools are the flowchart and the 5W2H, that would be present from the materials acquisition to the final product. After the layout and elaboration of these two quality tools, is propose the obtention of NBR ISO 9001, that increases the reliability of the customers with the company, raising the quality management of the products, and adding value to them. |
