Resumo: The demand for electricity has progressively increased over the years. Brazil, despite having a widely diversified energy matrix, due to the relief and the abundance of water has a large number of rivers in its territory, transforming hydroelectric plants into its greatest source of energy. The current work is a case study carried out in an industry that supplies electrical panels for hydroelectric plants with power up to 30MW, that is, named small-scale hydro-electric power plants, that are also known as run-of-river plants, which works only with the flow of water in the river, not requiring the flooding of large areas and considerably reducing the environmental impact, providing simple measures to compensate for such impacts. Such hydroelectric plants attract more and more investors, as these are fairer projects and do not need to pay their own money or financing agents much in advance, the electrical panels are the last equipment to arrive at the hydroelectric plants, thus the deadline for production it gets smaller every day. Thinking about how to meet increasingly shorter deadlines, this work proposes an optimization both in the design phase and in the production phase of the electrical panels. For that, it was necessary to catalog the manufactured panels, in order to identify the particularities of each one. Then, perform a pattern of the equipment that is used in these panels in order to facilitate the assembly and also after closing a new project do not have to wait for the electrical diagram to be fully ready to carry out the purchase orders. Finally, explain how the delivery time for electrical panels could be reduced by up to 41.28% compared to the current process.
