The processes involved in knowledge management involve different aspects and complex variables that may even conflict with each other. Multicriteria tools can be useful for these cases. In this sense, the work has the challenge of organizing a literature review with the intention of improving knowledge and obtaining a good theoretical foundation, to enable future contributions in the theme knowledge management. For this purpose, the Ordinatio Method was used, which proves to be a very effective tool in the progress and structuring of knowledge in different research areas, in order to constitute an organized and rigorous theoretical foundation, which reduces the use of randomness and subjectivity in the research. selection of a bibliographic portfolio. |
