This assignment has the objective of studying open technologies and web standards applied when making inventories of assets. The main objective of this study is to create an application that works off-line on mobile devices, making it possible to collect assets data in various sectors of the companies, besides executing the synchronization of data with the server when the device reconnects to the company's internal network. Thus, the paper describes the steps taken to create the application, which were technical requirements description, a systematic study of existing technologies, screen design and creation of structure diagrams. Using the developed application brought benefits that didn't exist in the inventory of assets, such as reuse of information from previous inventories, no need to type again the information collected, and the possibility to collect the geolocation and photos of the asset being inventoried. Besides the developed application, this paper brings a discussion of techniques and technologies used to achieve a simple and effective application taking advantage of the possibilities of mobile technology in web applications. |
