Resumo: With the growth of higher education courses, and a society that has gradually citing issues such as social inclusion and digital inclusion, the distance learning and virtual learning environments is creating expectations and opening doors for many people with special needs. The virtual learning environment Moodle has been employed in various institutions of higher education, which fosters research and evaluation of behavior and their ability to meet this type of education along the need for accessibility and interactivity. Being a facilitator in the learning platform users with special needs. In this respect the present study sought to gain a position of accessibility within the Moodle platform in use by users to submit any special needs league vision.
