The APP para Navegação WEB via Dispositivo Móvel para Pessoas com Deficiências Visuais e Físicas is a proposal project of a application which act as a interaction facilitator between the user and a mobile device back for internet navigation. It was chosen the realization of this project because there is a few applications back to people with some kind of desability to interact with a mobile device, mainly when the need is navigate in internet. The research relative to the subject was done in your majority associated to W3C, more specifically of the WAI and WCAG. Is used numeric data from IBGE too, as the total of people with desability in Brasil, and the laws which envolve the subject, as the Decreto Federal n° 6.949 and the Decreto-Lei 5296. For the technical part, there was a study about HTML, HTML 5, software specification (UML), prototipation, development environment, development methodologies and tests. |
