This monograph contains a evaluation of an Online System control Tasks in the Perspective of agile methods and Project Management, ID Control, developed in 2010 by the company Digital ID Agency after consulting strategic planning. The system, as designed, did not find support for any development methodology or technical management, and then developed from the tacit knowledge of employees in the firm. This study aimed to analyze the system ID in the theoretical control of Agile Methodologies and Project Management and diagnosed the possibility of several initiatives consistent for a significant improvement of their functionality, thus providing an overview of the scope of qualitative tool. |
