The work of teachers assists in the economic development of a country by disseminating knowledge, but can be carried out under unfavorable conditions. As activities performed as far as they are, both standing and sitting, preparation of classes, use of computers and inadequate posts in the use of blackboard. These factors can lead to the development of musculoskeletal pain due to the discomfort of exercising work. Health has the greatest impact on work capacity. The regulatory norm 17 establishes the parameters for the adaptation of working conditions, considering the psychophysiological characteristics of the workers, proposing the maximum comfort, safety and efficient performance for the worker. Therefore, the classroom as a work environment should be ergonomically correct to provide this comfort to the teachers' work. This work aims to verify the adjustment of the blackboard for the use of teachers in a comfortable way at the Federal Technological University of Parana, in the Londrina campus. The methods used were the limit user method, the adaptation test and the boundary method. Through these methodologies the height of the eyes is a determining factor to evaluate the ideal height for the use of the blackboard. For the user limit method, performed between two teachers considered the lowest and the highest, it was possible to observe that they use different areas of the frame, a percentage of 24% of the frame, in an ergonomically correct way. In all the methods evaluated, it was possible to observe that the comfortable use of the blackboard is restricted to a narrow horizontal range and not in its totality, therefore more advanced technologies are needed that allow the height adjustment of the frame in the comfortable zone for each Teacher, in an ergonomic way and without offering health risks to teachers. |
