In the Brazilian labor scenario, many workers are subjected to their activities without the minimum necessary conditions of safety, health and work hygiene. Due to this situation, the result is the exposure of workers to unhealthy agents, which affect not only their functional performance, but also their health. The purpose of this work is to carry out a detailed and technically well based analysis of the current legislation in Brazil, for the nonpayment of the additional unhealthiness for a painter role of an automotive paint booth of a heavy and light heavy duty dealership in the city of Londrina. The work is divided into 9 sections, where it was presented how the activities of this case study were carried out. It is worth to point out that it is increasingly frequent the request for additional unhealthiness by the employees and the company is responsible for the burden of proof. Engineering, administrative and technical measures were approached in this work to reinforce the basis of the disfigurement of this additional, providing an environment not only safer, but healthier to the workers
who carry out their activities there. |
