Regulatory Standard NR-15 formulated by the Ministry of Labor and Employment, and Precedents and Case Law concerning the unhealthiness. It sought to present the understanding that it has on cases where it was claimed in court, the unhealthy additional in which basing on Precedents and Case Law, obtained the completion of processes performed at the 9th Regional Court of Paraná. |
