The analysis of the jobs of this company seemed feasible after some complaints and suggestions of adjustments of the body postures during the work. During the following study, some important information regarding the ergonomic office area are demonstrated together with possible improvement proposals in order to provide greater well-being, such as improved productivity within the work environment. In this way, the methodology used will be through the participatory method, which will include some independent variables among them. All information collections for the preparation of this work was acquired through meetings with the employees and management of the department, which helped in surveying the problems encountered and suggestions for possible improvements. The results expected and presented through this work are the possible improvements of all the problems found in the department. A presente pesquisa apresenta como objetivo, avaliar ergonomicamente alguns postos de trabalho de um departamento pertencente a uma empresa do ramo educacional. A análise dos postos de trabalho dessa empresa, se aparentou viável após algumas reclamações e sugestões de adequações das posturas corporais durante o expediente de trabalho. Durante o seguinte estudo, são demonstradas algumas informações importantes em relação à parte ergonômica de escritório juntamente a possíveis propostas de melhorias afim de oferecer um maior bem-estar, tal como melhoria na produtividade dentro do ambiente de trabalho. Desta forma, a metodologia a ser utilizada foi através do método qualitativo participativo, o qual incluirá algumas variáveis independentes entre si. Todas as coletas de informações para a elaboração desse trabalho são adquiridas através de reuniões com os funcionários e gerencia do departamento, os quais ajudaram no levantamento dos problemas encontrados e sugestões de possíveis melhorias.
