The teaching and learning processes undergo constant transformations, either by new methodologies or by the use of information and communication technologies (ICTs). This research had as objective to evaluate if the use of ICT with financial education in the teaching of mathematics, contributes to student learning. The methodology used was descriptive, and the data collected was obtained by a field survey with application of two questionnaires, the first one, applied to 16 students of a class of 8th grade elementary school II, participant of the program accelerates in one State college of Londrina-PR, and another applied to 10 students of the same class. The results show that 70% of the students consider the inclusion of technology in the study of mathematics attractive, 90% of students consider that the use of technology contributes to the learning of mathematics, and 80% of students consider it important to study Math with financial education. It was found that teachers need to overcome the lack in relation to the structure of the school does not offer adequate conditions and insert the use of ICT, favoring the study and learning of mathematics. |
