Ergonomics seeks to transform working situations compatible with the capabilities of the human being. This work presents concepts of ergonomics applied in the development of an ergonomic analysis of the work of a small company that operates in the watch industry, jeweler and optician. For the development of the analysis, a questionnaire was applied and collected information about the company and the activities developed by each worker. After data collection, these were analyzed and discussed based on Abrahão's (2009) methodology, identifying some problems in inadequate procedures and furniture. Finally recommendations were made to ensure the comfort and safety of employees. |
