When the investment in work safety is carried out in the correct way the company can be exempted of some responsibilities in relation to accidents that happen. In this context, the companies that are interested in investing in the safety of their work environment stand out, showing responsibility and conquering the reliability of their employees and of society. This work had as its theme to study the work environment and make an analysis of the occupational risks due to the presence of chemical substances and other agents that can be harmful to health. The company studied works with the manufacture of aluminum profiles and is recognized for the quality of its products, always seeking technologies in order to improve their processes. The study was intended to propose improvements through the knowledge acquired during the course of the specialization. |
