Work accidents aspect in Brazil has grown wider in recent years. This growth is due to several factors such as institutional neglect, lack of supervision by the institution about its employees and other factors. It is a fact that every accident physical or emotional, mild, moderate or severe weighs the proper conduct of an enterprise or institution, because every accident is a loss or overload. Therefore, this study was proposed the establishment of a Commission for the Prevention of Accidents in an institution of the prison system in the state of Paraná to promote the welfare and health of inmates, staff and administrative employees. What was found in the data collection refers to a situation of neglect. With this, was cited possible accidents and the prevention thereof, without forgetting of negotiations to establish an as CIPA and benefits inherent in it. |
