The issue of health, safety and environment are key factors to the success of businesses. It is considered that a safe and healthy individual to provide appropriate conditions for the development of activities in order to promote productivity and quality of work life. The activities developed in rural areas began to be more relevant, such as swine, due to the demands of the market based on animal welfare, the environment protection and labor laws. The objective of this work was to analyze the physical and chemical environmental agents in a swine herd termination, located in Western Paraná. Therefore, we carried out measurements of temperature, noise and gases, comparing the data obtained with auditing standards related. It was found that levels measuring these parameters are beyond the tolerances permitted by law. So are some recommended security actions that aim to mitigate and / or eliminate the risk agents, to ensure the health and safety of workers on the farm. |
