The digestate comes from anaerobic digestion and has the advantage of providing essential elements for the development of the plant, such as nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. When added to the soil, it improves its physical, chemical and biological qualities, due to the presence of organic carbon and nutrients. The objective of this study was to analyze the chemical attributes of the soil, after using the digestate, from the anaerobic digestion of swine manure and increment. The soil was sampled at depth of 0- 20 cm, in two times; one day before the application of the digestate (T1) and four months after (T2), shortly after harvest. The digestate was characterized to determine the dosage of 30 to 50 m3 / ha. All data were submitted to statistical analysis. The results indicated that, after application of the digestate, an increase in the organic matter and aluminum contents and a decrease in the calcium, phosphorus, potassium and magnesium contents of the soil occurred. It is concluded that it is necessary to develop a comprehensive experimental database covering different soil, environment, crop and management conditions, as well as the conduction of long-term studies, to enable the formulation of adequate recommendations for the use of the digestate in the fertilizing. |
