The present study aimed at to investigate the use of ludopedagogia as a teaching strategy, as well as students' interest in relation to recreational activities, early childhood education, preschool - level II. The research was conducted in the Municipal Center Preschool - CMEI, in the Municipality of Perobal, PR - a public educational institution, for the kindergarten aged between 0 (zero) and 5 (years) old, who currently serves 270 students. The sample comprised four teachers and thirty-two students belonging to four different classes,betwixt the age of four (4) and five (5) years, and two of the morning and two in the afternoon. Children who participated in the survey were randomly selected and were surveyed during the course of play activities proposed, educators were selected because they are rulers of the classes of preschool level II. As for the results was possible to prove that all students interviewed demonstrated a taste for playful activities highlighting their preferences in relation to all educators recognize the importance of play to children's development, but their minority demonstrated difficulties in combining these strategies into their teaching practice. |
