The methodology used in this work was the development literature and also field research conducted in one of the early childhood education centers in Nova Londrina, for the purpose of collecting data about how art is crafted with children in early childhood education and which its importance in the development of children on the content covered in class. The research result was positive, because there is the understanding of childhood educators about what can be developed through the completion of work with art in the form of early childhood education, the types of materials used in art classes, are selected as the contents of art to be learned in the classroom in order to contribute to the expression and creativity of the students involved and even the teacher's opinion about the importance of working with art development for children's. Este trabalho teve como temática discutir sobre a importância da realização do trabalho com arte na educação infantil, buscando entender como é desenvolvido o trabalho com esta disciplina e nesta modalidade de ensino, mostrando que, assim como as outras disciplinas, a arte também é fundamental para a formação da criança. A metodologia utilizada para o desenvolvimento desse trabalho foi a pesquisa bibliográfica e também a pesquisa de campo, realizada em um dos centros de educação infantil no município de Nova Londrina, com propósito de coletar dados sobre como a arte é trabalhada com as crianças na educação infantil e qual sua importância no desenvolvimento das crianças diante dos conteúdos abordados em sala de aula. O resultado desta pesquisa foi positivo, pois há o entendimento das educadoras infantis sobre o que pode ser desenvolvido através da realização do trabalho com arte na modalidade de educação infantil, os tipos de materiais utilizados durante as aulas de arte, como são selecionados os conteúdos de arte para serem trabalhados em sala de aula de maneira a contribuir para a expressão e criatividade dos alunos envolvidos e ainda a opinião do professor sobre a importância do trabalho com arte para o desenvolvimento da criança. 2020-11-24T14:35:13Z 2020-11-24T14:35:13Z 2014-10-17 specializationThesis Cruz, Aparecida da.
