Resumo: This theoretical work and research aimed at working with the theme that focuses on the use of media for an innovative practice in the classroom.This theoretical work and research aimed to work with the theme that focuses on the use of media for an innovative practice in the classroom and hampering their use in the educational environment and alerting all education professionals to a redefinition of teaching method, in order to associate the new technologies to the process of teaching and learning. The use of technology in schools in particular the Internet and multimedia expands this new scenario of the century, however, is not today's thinkers and researchers have been talking about this subject. With the advancement of globalization, technology has become embedded in everyday life and the information and knowledge come with greater frequency and intensity to us through computers and the internet.It is believed that this study contributed reflective of the importance of technological resources in educational practice and teaching, as well as concepts of using these resources for learning meaningful and interesting for students. Stressing the need not remain aloof from school to technological developments, ie the evolution of society, in which students are placed, and not be thus far their interests. With this work, we determined the importance of the Internet and recurses multimedia as tools for building an innovative practice in the classroom, focusing on building a cognitive development that is dynamic and challenging learners, exploring their multiple skills.
