This work had as thematic to show through a bibliographical study, and the identity construction workers Professional Basic Education and its recognition as part of the category of education professionals opened by that was recent advances resulting from its path of struggle and embodied by the political actions of decades, such as the creation of area 21 in the Professional Education understanding the importance of work and school official's career, either as an educator or as manager for the democratization of school. The descriptive exploratory estudy achieved is objectives, because there was an understanding among employees (as) school, that besides the role of running the school are also educators with different functions that require more complex analysis on the specific modules that comprise specific training courses “ Profuncionário”, that are increasingly closer to the reality experienced in the work of school employees (as). |
