Resumo: This study aims to study and research both bibliographically as field research by the APAE City Ibaiti - Paraná, with four classroom teachers; two pedagogues and a physiotherapist who make available for this work, and contributing much to the vision of the professional work of physical education and the importance of physical education with the intellectual disability carrier student. It is understood that special education is optimized with curricula, methodologies and didactic resources, which arise as a support for the education of the students and how practical guidance of educators. Some disabled children arrive at school in such states of confusion, fear and dependency that adaptation and learning become almost impossible. Some kind of individual and intensive therapy is indicated to the child before any learning can be achieved. The teacher becomes a teacher becomes a teacher-therapist. And this condition is also linked to the discipline of Physical Education who works in many ways the most essential skills of individuals with bodily problems, which is the diagnosis of balance, fine motor skills, concentration, cognitive, the aspect of the body development and harmonic, motor skills, improving the conditions of school learning, physical well-being, emotional-social and intellectual, promoting spontaneity, encouraging discoveries and new relationships, information, acquisition of body control and development of activities in favor of physical activities. Is realized in this work which is very patent by others working in APAES that physical education will always be a link between psychological relaxation as well as integration and inclusion through socialization activities, not despise course the sphere of interdisciplinary work institutional dealing with people with problems and difficulties not development of intelligence.
