The indiscipline in the classroom influences the teacher-student relationship on several factors in school life, creating serious conflicts of thought and position of both, as students demonstrate noncompliance with the rules of the school challenging faculty and staff through aggressive attitudes , disregarding his classmates, harming not only their learning, but above all the students around you. The main future consequences for unruly students are the motivation for a progressive life. As teachers we need to be attentive to any act of indiscipline in the classroom, as the student who does not respect rules, ie the undisciplined student hinders the progress of all class and undermines the other classmates. In this context it is clear that indisciplinary influence in the classroom reflected in the learning process as a whole, in the village of Figueira / PR where most students come from lower-class family and still dysfunctional families. Thus, it is observed that in academia some teachers report that indiscipline is today one of the greatest difficulties for the good performance of students in the classroom. These teachers speeches about the barriers faced to quality education because of the bad student behavior comes from his family background, in which it has no limit, have inappropriate behavior, do not respect their peers and teachers. Esta pesquisa teve como temática a Indisciplina na Sala de Aula das Séries Iniciais do Ensino Fundamental, na qual a escola sofre com os reflexos do meio em que está inserida, pois a indisciplina acontece no dia a dia da escola e o aluno não tem o rendimento esperado, pois não presta atenção nas atividades apresentadas pelo professor, dessa forma seu rendimento escolar fica prejudicado, desencadeando notas baixas e pouca aprendizagem. A indisciplina em sala de aula influencia no relacionamento de professor-aluno em diversos fatores no cotidiano escolar, gerando graves conflitos de pensamento e de posição de ambos, pois os educandos demonstram descumprimento das regras impostas pela escola desafiando professores e funcionários por meio de atitudes agressivas, desrespeitando seus colegas de classe, prejudicando não apenas seu aprendizado, mas acima de tudo dos educandos que o cercam. As principais consequências futuras para os alunos indisciplinados são a desmotivação para uma vida progressiva. Enquanto professores é necessário estarmos atentos com qualquer ato de indisciplina em sala de aula, visto que o aluno que não respeita regras, ou seja, o aluno indisciplinado atrapalha todo o andamento da aula e prejudica os demais colegas de classe. Dentro deste contexto é evidente que a influência indisciplinar em sala de aula reflete no processo ensino aprendizagem como um todo, no município de Figueira/PR onde grande maioria dos alunos vêem de família de classe baixa e ainda de famílias desestruturadas. Dessa forma, observa-se que no meio acadêmico alguns professores relatam que a indisciplina é nos dias atuais uma das maiores dificuldades para o bom desempenho dos alunos em sala de aula.
