Thus, the task of the teacher to collaborate in the formation of their students in school has a problem, namely how to form students with teacher’s semi formations. To understand the phenomenon of socialized semi formation and facing it by self reflection seems to be the only way for those who actually are concerned about human formation. Este trabalho teve como intento a reflexão sobre as possibilidades de formação humana na escola, baseado nas contribuições de Theodor Adorno e outros pensadores, voltadas para a Teoria da Semicultura ou Teoria da Semiformação. Pretendeu-se discutir a condição de semiformação dos professores escolares como reflexo da própria condição de semiformação que tomou conta de todas as pessoas da nossa sociedade. Assim, a tarefa do professor de colaborar na formação dos seus alunos na escola conta com um problema, ou seja, como formar os alunos com professores semiformados.
