Understanding the subject, as well as the aspects that can influence the student’s undisciplined behavior at school, causes the teacher to develop attitudes that anticipate actions that may trigger indiciplinary factors. Through the research carried out at the Municipal School – Elementary School from 1st to 5th Year, in the municipality of Icaraíma – PR, can be analyzed the teacher’s attitude towards situations of indiscipline and his thinking about this problem. It was also observed the behavior of the students in the school environment, searching with the collected information, guiding the pedagogical work só that the problem of indiscipline in the school environment is softened, given its complexity. Este trabalho teve como temática identificar as situações que comprometem o bom desenvolvimento da aula, contribuir nas discussões que levem a amenizar as situações de indisciplina no ambiente escolar. A compreensão sobre o tema, bem como os aspectos que podem influenciar o comportamento indisciplinado no aluno na escola faz com que o professor desenvolva atitudes que antecipem atos que possa desencadear fatores indisciplinares. Através da pesquisa realizada numaa Escola Municipal de Ensino Fundamental do 1º ao 5º Ano, no município de Icaraíma - PR., pode ser analisada a postura do professor frente a situações de indisciplina e seu pensamento com relação a este problema.
