This work investigated how difficulties that as people face within any hum of prisons to have an opportunity to have access to higher education. The brazilian prison system and a weak system and que expends many budgetary resources, but through the education, que inclusive and the motto of our current government can be change reality several people deprived of liberty, these can study and have a hope after the fulfillment of your shame return a company objectives paragraph your life, providing best conditions recovery at recluse. the general purpose this work was perform hum survey of difficulties and at the same pace verificar if there are opportunities for a person who has an interest in applying to higher education, inside a prison unit in Brazil.The research methodology were conducted interviews with men, which are not reeducated moment any prison system in the Paraíba Valley - SP. Applied was hum map with 20 questions, as where information were harvested through clear and objective questions. Results indicated detainees what os do that prison has system interest in applying to higher education, and demonstrated how difficult que they face paragraph get this law. thus, through all the data raised for this work, it was possible to conclude que yes there are opportunities for a person que this prey attend the higher education in prison units, but the staff of the difficulties and red tape and lack of surveillance. thus, this study demonstrated it possible affirm que as government strategies used pará applicability of nas higher education penitentiaries are not effective. by sif, a de awareness whole society and the people who govern to que study exercised during the execution of the sentence of imprisonment and one of the main factors for rehabilitation and also is essential to the improvement of the prison system. |
