The state is always directed toward the common good and has the constitutional responsability to ensure the social rights of citizens. And in this actions, iniciate public acts, which reflect public policies, will meet the expectations of society, promoting the well being of the population. Among the public policy of the State of Parana, highlights the Milk for Children Program, established in Telêmaco Borba - PR, in 2004. This article’s goal is to identify how this program is providing better quality of life of served children, focusing on reducing child malnutrition. The study is qualitative and exploratory / documental in order to improve the knowledge on the subject. The research subjects were 213 children aged 6 months to 36 months old. |
