With the technological advancement and academic hub of Vale do Paraíba’s metropolitan area, São José dos Campos’ city has been constantly modified and this results in a growing concern about the fate of the waste produced by the industry construction. The purpose of this study is to make an analysis about supply chain of waste’s construction of São José dos Campos’ city, since there is the requirement of CONAMA and the National Policy on Solid Waste for disposal is carried out so as not to bring harm to health public and to the environment. Interviews with professionals directly related to the area, became possible to observe the involvement of local and federal laws in the actions taken by the generative organs and inspection, and the behavior of society in the management of construction waste from the city of São José dos Campos, intending to examine how the procedure is adopted in the city. |
