This work was thematic approach and suggest the implementation of using a tool of democratic management, called participatory budgeting, in Cascavel, Paraná State. For this purpose, we performed a literature search. Initially, it was explained on the public budget, based on existing legislation. Next, the participatory budget was presented and their characteristics, and their application in some cities of Brazil. Following, it is suggested the implementation of the tool in the city of Cascavel-PR, and then present the results and discussion on the importance of the use of it, and, finally, to complete the work. |
