Resumo: This paper presents a study through a literature, descriptive qualitative study, accompanied by research through observation and formal and informal interviews. Aims to report the importance of vocational courses for personal and professional growth of adolescentperpetrators of infractions, by a case study conducted at the Center for Social Assistance Specialized Reference (CREAS) inCapão Bonito/SP, where these teenagers are being trained in Program Execution Socio-Educational measures LA- Probation and PSC - Provision of Community Services.Presents information on the profile of the authors of the offense CREAS in Capão Bonito/SP, scheduleand results of the implementation of applied professional courses in fulfillment of Socio-Educational Measures LA and PSC through collected data through interviews with employees and authors of infraction in those vocational courses. The study found that the main problems that affect the successful implementation and maintenance of professional courses in Socio-Educational Measures applied in CREAS in Capão Bonito/SP, the difficulties that adolescents have in being reintegrate into the society.The case study presents the view that adolescents who have an infraction of professional training through vocational courses in their personal and professional life, showing the need for partnerships between the private and public sectors to articulate adolescent participation in the job market.
