His research presents a theoretical-conceptual approach, where we search through historical records, show the paths covered by the assistance network of the municipality of São José dos Campos, with a special focus on the care and protection of children and adolescents, in the search for a better understanding of relationships of networks and their partnerships, articulated together with the Centers of Reference of Social Assistance-CREAS with the purpose of to solve the social vulnerabilities and violations of rights brought by the users of the social assistance through the understanding of these phenomena to improve the referrals and disposition of the resources. In this work we verified the use of the descriptive method from the theoretical references and analysis of laws and regulations of care for situations of violations of the rights of children and adolescents and experiences in the context of special protection work, where the social protection network is necessary in the daily challenge of weaving knowledge’s and dialogues between the different public policies in order to arrive at a result closer to the ruptures of violations of rights and domestic violence. |
