This research presents an approach to contribute to the discussion on the evaluation of public policies in the context of New Public Management - NMP and draws on the social and economic impacts of a government program, UNIVERSITY FOR ALL - PROUNI in order to evaluate public policy in the area of oriented education will include low-income students in higher education. Demonstrates the process of building, deploying and operating the program, and analyzes statistical data and make comparisons, exposes the evaluation of public policies and their concepts. |
