Grounded on the challenges of public administration and the factors responsible for the promotion of resources for public policy, among others, stands out the budget deficit, absence of strategic planning and society's demands for increasingly complex needs, this work emphasizes on the importance of capacity, the profile and the necessary expertise of a team of professionals in specific project management involved in the articulation process, monitoring, capture resources, and accountability, to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the quality of services it intends to achieve its primary mission to satisfy social needs, conditions necessary to build a state that promotes the welfare of society and consequently contributing to the modernization, performance and the institutional maturity conditions. |
