This work had as its theme the instruments of public policies for sustainable development of cities by the law of solid waste. The research methodology was the study of public policy and law on solid waste management of municipalities through a literature review and legislation. He spoke out about the important role of public policies to guarantee an urban environment more balanced, protecting it is therefore fundamental rights expressed in the Constitution and especially the contribution of solid waste law to guarantee that sustainable development that influences the quality of life for all Brazilians. And so, the study pointed out the importance of creating sustainable development policies for solid waste management. |
