This work had as thematic This work had as its theme the management information system between the City Council Itaóca - SP and the Local Community. Investigated and documented the basis of activities during the current term, as well as the influence of this process in legislative activity. This investigation resulted in the understanding of issues relating to the principles of democratic participation and the ways that it has taken within the municipality for its consolidation through the actions of the council. To identify the relationship between the council and the use of information steeped in the theory and practice. In the bibliographical study, it was possible to obtain details about the role of councilor in the guarantee of collective interests, regulating life in the city and on the systematization of existing information, where it was found that the systems are essential for the collection, control and information processing, and therefore the decision-making. It also found that technological innovations favor the use of these processes in a practical and free, as in the case of social networks. And the more you use these connections, is to reduce costs, improve the speed, productivity and interaction. |
