This research paper presents a theoretical and conceptual approach to the issue of attendance of public school adapted transport for the disabled in the municipality of Sao Jose dos Campos, where it will be studied as is the current demand for this service, in order to evaluate the delivery the service offered, and on this analysis, vulnerabilities and opportunities for improved quality of service provided. Discusses obstacles to meeting logistics Applied demand for school transport adapted for the disabled, which analyzed the information, knowledge and actions to overcome them, based on the literature concerning the matter. After all the study will be complemented by field research and from the agency responsible for the service. After the study, by means of questionnaires, how does the public school transportation logistics needs and adapted to reach all the demand. Within the study and based on the results obtained from the data collection, will present the conclusions and suggestions for future service. |
