The goal of this study was to evaluate whether the resources spent by the government of Sao Jose dos Campos are applied effectively in the payment of civil servants. The study seeks to analyze the expression of each position on the payroll. Through exploratory and descriptive research, rose up data related for the payment of administrative servers based in the month of May 2011. And after the classification of posts in the new career was realized an analysis of each category formed. From the results it was concluded that the municipality of Sao Jose dos Campos uses the resources uniformly, where most of the money is utilized for the classes with the highest number of servers. |
