This research has as its theme the professional training of public officials, for the optimization of service delivery as a strategy for public administration. It is hoped that the audience can identify that agent through their training and qualifications to provide the service offered will facilitate the company to manage the public agency in order to serve the citizen and administer the public good with bigger and better efficiency. We currently live in a scenario in which society increasingly press for the provision of service and quality that will meet their demands (needs) and a proposal to the constant qualification of its agents to better service to the taxpayer public. The training of public officials can be accomplished through classroom courses and distance learning, seminars, and lectures from various practices related to the management always observing and valuing the individuality of each server. All subject matter was developed through literature review and exploratory with the aim of exploring how the qualification and training of public servants can improve the efficiency of public administration. |
