This work was the subject of study for vocational training, which sought to examine the role of campus IFPR Telemaco Borba in the National Access to Technical Education and Employment (Pronatec), the adequacy of Vocational Training in the labor market, the profile socio- economic the city's and identify the actions of the institute. This work has a character theoretical, describing public policy and its relation to social policies, a brief relation about issues of employment and income, the history of professional education well as the legacy of professional education in Brazil. In the analysis, one can find data on the socioeconomic profile of the municipality, the labor market in the question the demand of skilled labor, the Federal Institute and Pronatec in the city, as too the interview with the assistant coordinator of the program. Analyzing the results we found of Gini coefficient saw up a high index in the municipality and that the greatest demand for workers comes from the service sector and industry. At the end considerations highlights the main points of the study compared with the objectives investigated. |
