The aim of this study is to identify the formation of the community health worker and his contributions in Basic Health Units in Telêmaco Borba, in relation to daily practices in the pursuit of solving problems in the community. This is a research field, being used as a collection technique, observations and empirical data, producing from this study, an analysis of the actions performed by the agent and the health team in the Basic Health conclude by present work that the formation of community health agent is essential and of utmost importance, it is inserted into the process of continuing education to develop the same skills and practices consistent with their assignments, being able to reflect and act on the reality of community . An action that seeks to ensure best quality services in primary health care, preventive care and aspects, strengthening the actions of the teams. |
