The overall goal of this work é availed the factors that lead to the citizen to seek a call in the chamber municiapal which is done through the city council, as it happens, what the citizens who seek treatment in the chamber, the reason that leads to this , what priorities to be considered in attendance; mechanisms of communication with users; procedures to meet the requests, which occurs in relation to care that is done, if it is due to lack of knowledge of the population for the real work an alderman The methodology was based on interviews with councilors and so abalisar the calls that are made, each was asked to be accredited really be a matter for them this assignment, and based on these data and determine if the citizen knows what is really and function a councilor, or view it as a social worker to help solve their problems and personal interests. |
