This work comes through literature review and informal interviews to answer what are the needs that lead to a municipality to deploy a desired Centre - Pop in your territory, and what the basic requirements that the municipality should have to do so. Besides the need for a dissertation on the subject, this work also aims to clarify the frequently asked questions on the topic. The work will be based at Centro-pop of Sorocaba, in the form of research, papers in the Ministério do Desenvolvimento Social e Combate à Fome, and informal interviews with its members, in particular welfare of the institution. So expect this work to help to improve both with regard to the infrastructure of cities , as well as quality of life , and obviously interested in the subject to clarify the advantages and requirements needed, both in matters of finance and infrastructure, such as public something and staff . This work can be seen that where the center is deployed - pop tends to break through the standard of living of the homeless, but there are several difficulties due to problems in the profile of these residents, where most is user and need treatment carefully, never requiring change, but advising and directing them. Os trabalhos dos assistentes sociais englobam todo tipo de auxílio a pessoas desamparadas pelos outros modelos de seguridade social, onde o indivíduo por diversos fatores se encontra fora do contexto da sociedade, onde em caso especial em situação de rua. Este trabalho vem por meio da análise bibliográfica e de entrevistas informais responder Quais são as necessidades que levam a um município a desejar implantar um Centro – Pop em seu território, e quais os requisitos básicos que esse municipalidade dever ter para tal. Além das necessidade de dissertação sobre o tema, este trabalho também visa esclarecer as dúvidas frequentes sobre o tema. O trabalho será elaborado com base no Centro Pop da cidade de Sorocaba, sob forma de pesquisa nos documentos do Ministério do Desenvolvimento Social e Combate à Fome, e entrevista informal com seus integrantes, em especial com assistência social da instituição. Assim este trabalho espera auxiliar na melhoria tanto no que se refere à infraestrutura das cidades, quanto na qualidade de vida da população, e obviamente esclarecer aos interessados no tema as vantagens e requisitos necessário, tanto sob questões de finanças e infraestrutura, como em público algo e os funcionários.
