They are part of the internal control system carried out in public administration, as a form of complementation of existing control activities, proving to be an important management tool as well as auditing, Accountability and other strategies. The objective of this research is to analyze the bid as an internal control in the Municipal Public Management of Tatuí- SP. The study had the initial exploratory, descriptive, to which the obtained data were pointed in a qualitative way. The public administration aims to promote, in addition to the collective interest, the proper functioning of the state bodies and entities before the pre-designated functions, and to ensure that these activities are carried out in the most correct and clear manner possible, are guided by the principles of administrative law, which is considered a regulator of public administration This study allowed, from the delimitation and clear and objective development, understanding of the reader about some of the activities of the public manager, especially about the means of hiring services for the population in the municipality of Tatuí. In this sense, the use of the various bidding modalities for an administrative contract to be developed and executed in accordance with the legal precepts is of extreme importance for both parties, contracted and contractor, mainly so that all involved and interested, society in general, understand processes until their confirmation and validation. It is considered that the present research can serve as an incentive and basis for the elaboration of new and more complex studies on the subject of public management and bidding processes, including expanding the concepts mentioned here to prevent acts of corruption and publicity of public acts, which are of interest to the whole of society and are still less widespread by public agencies. |
